Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping takes 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $50.
  • We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.

Important Notes

  • We will assume “Authority to Leave” unless you leave a note at checkout to request signature on delivery. However, please note that this is not always possible.
  • Shipping timeframes are based on delivery times quoted to us by Australia Post and other delivery partners. However, there deliveries might occur outside of these timeframes due to circumstances out of our control.
  • During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch times.

Backorder

  • When a product is marked as “on backorder”, this means that have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres.
  • You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives.
  • Estimated delivery date for backorders is usually within 15 business days from when you placed your order.

Lost parcels

  • If it has been more than 14 business days since your order was placed, please contact us and we will work with you to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post about the status of your parcel.
  • If a parcel has been marked as “delivered” by Australia Post and proof of delivery has been provided, we will not be held liable for parcels that are lost/stolen at the delivery address of which the customer has provided at checkout.
